Danielle is a healthcare technology and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience leading Epic implementations, multi-site clinic launches, and complex integrations, grounded in practice operations and finance.
Danielle began in healthcare consulting. At Dixon Hughes Goodman, she supported revenue cycle and operations work for health systems, hospitals, and physician practices, including ICD-10 readiness and physician compensation analysis. At FTI Consulting, she led client-facing workstreams for healthcare clients focused on operational improvement and change. She also served as command center lead for go-lives, scheduled downtimes, and disaster recovery events, and oversaw integration planning to connect laboratory systems to Epic through Data Innovations middleware. As Senior Director of Practice Operations for Howard University Hospital's faculty practice plan, she supported more than 100 providers and 300 employees, redesigned operations, and helped deliver major improvements in financial performance.
At Tower Health, Danielle led the Epic implementation and integration that brought St. Christopher's Hospital for Children into Tower Health's systems, workflows, and governance. She managed projects covering more than 300 third-party applications and moved the program to a virtual model when COVID-19 hit. At Walmart Health, as Director of Digital Transformation, she led new clinic implementations at more than 50 sites across multiple states and converted more than 20 existing sites to a single Epic solution. Her readiness, go-live, and post-live plans cut go-live incidents by 75%. She also redesigned role-based training (earning a 4.9 out of 5 learner satisfaction score), delivered more than 100 value-based care enhancements, and led a virtual care team serving all 50 states.
In 2025, Danielle led integration strategy across more than 30 third-party applications during Delta Dental's Epic implementation. Today she serves as Program Director for SIU School of Medicine's Epic Community Connect implementation with host partner Memorial Health, supporting more than 400 providers across clinical, billing, and administrative areas, while helping lead Spark.
