These terms apply to Spark's App Rationalization offer of up to 40 hours of senior consultant review at no cost. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Spark Healthcare Advisory ("Spark") offers up to 40 hours of senior consultant review of an organization's application portfolio at no cost (the "Offer"). By requesting the Offer, you agree to the terms below.
The Offer is for U.S. organizations that deliver, pay for, or support healthcare. The person requesting it must be authorized to act for the organization. One Offer per organization, including its affiliates.
Every request needs our approval. We may accept or decline any request for any lawful reason, or no stated reason, in our sole discretion. Reasons can include our capacity, timing, fit, scope, conflicts of interest, or legal limits. A request is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.
We never accept or decline a request because of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or civil union status, disability, military service, or any other trait protected by law. This applies to your organization and to its owners, leaders, employees, and partners.
Up to 40 hours of senior consultant time over about six weeks: an inventory review, portfolio mapping, rationalization opportunities, and an executive readout. We agree on scope in writing before work starts. Unused hours expire when the review ends. The hours have no cash value and can't be transferred or applied to other services.
The Offer is free. You don't have to buy anything, now or later, and neither side is committed to further work. Any later work needs its own written agreement.
Before work starts, both sides sign a short no-cost engagement letter covering scope, timeline, confidentiality, and data handling. If these terms and the signed letter conflict, the letter controls.
If your organization is a government entity, or follows gift, ethics, or procurement rules, you are responsible for confirming it may accept no-cost services. Federal agencies, for example, generally need an advance written agreement. We will sign a no-cost agreement where one is required. We may decline where acceptance isn't allowed or could create a conflict of interest. Taking part creates no preference or obligation in any future procurement.
The review doesn't need protected health information (PHI). Please don't share PHI or other patient data. If a review would ever require it, work stops until a business associate agreement is signed.
We keep your information confidential and use it only to perform the review. We won't name your organization in our marketing without your written permission.
You keep the final deliverable and may use it within your organization. Spark keeps ownership of its methods, tools, and templates.
Findings and savings estimates reflect the information available during the review. They are not guarantees, and they are not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Decisions you make based on them are yours.
The review is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Because the Offer is free, Spark's total liability related to it is limited to $100, to the extent the law allows.
We may change, pause, or end the Offer or these terms at any time. Changes won't affect a review we have already confirmed in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Tell us about your application portfolio, and we'll let you know if we can get your review on the calendar.
